Description

Headshot of one of my favorite warrior cat characters, Brightheart. Doing her wound was really hard, I've never done wounds like that before, other than scars and scratch marks, so sorry if it looks weird.

I also tried to make her eyes look more realistic but that was kind of hard, I've never done it with blue eyes before. Also, I've used the Wikia as marking references for her face, the neck, i went by my own concept for her...i was also trying to show she is still a beautiful she-cat even with her wounds.

NEXT UP IS SWIFTPAW! Keep watch for more works!

I think this one is really good too! The stuff I mentioned about making details sharper at the focal point in your shiba inu drawing apply here too. SO I DREW YOU A THING.... Lol (but don't click if you don't want to see - it's small additions on top of your art) [link]

The top of her snout, right above the nose, would be the lightest part I think because it's on the top surface and closer to the viewer. :) You do a really good job with the round cat snout though - that's one of the toughest things about drawing cats to figure out, in my opinion. It's also why most people's kitties look like dogs. >_< So good job with that! Whiskers come out of the sides of the snout bulge part (you know what I mean lol), and I'd also make them white since it seems like most cats have white whiskers, and it'll make them stand out more against the ginger fur. :) I'd add a little big darker shadow under her jaw too, just to separate the bottom of the head from the neck. I absolutely love how you did the eye though - it gets across what you were trying to do I think, with her beauty on one side and wound on the other.

I HOPE THAT HELPS lol the heart in the background is really cute! /critique mode
