MINECRAFT PIXEL ART PRACTICE by xX-NIGHTBANEWOLF-Xx MINECRAFT PIXEL ART PRACTICE by xX-NIGHTBANEWOLF-Xx
**TO SEE ENLARGED VERSION: **
PROOF:

Gawd, this took forever but i wanted to practice my pixel art...this was tiring and hard, but i tried to make it as exact as possible. Sorry if some parts are hard to see XD

i won't tell you what items they area, but yes, there is an enderman head in there...

anyways, if you play minecraft or know minecraft, then i don't think i have to tell you what items they are.

feel free to use them as icons or whatever, just credit Mojang and me back.

and no and no and no this is not traced or cut out from anywhere, the only 'copy' is the colors as i had to use as accurate color codings as possible, and yes, if there is already a pixel version of something, then its easy for me to pixelize stuff again, but i probably made the pixels much more smaller.

meh...and thanks if it looks right out of the game, i was aiming for that, and either way or another, its not that hard to pixelize them...

...and aarrrggghhh...getting ready to faint about now...ugh, so tired...i mean seriously, i did these pixels COLOR for color as accurate as I can go, and PIXEL by PIXEL...*dies*...remind me not to do it like this again...*shot*...lost count how many references gone through *shot again*

Compare:

[link] different pixel lilypad, diamond and diamond pickaxe, and much more refined coloring.

Oh and my lily pad too...if it were ripped form the game, those three would be correct...and same with my coal markings,

All of these were drawn by reference from in game, except I'm not always accurate on placing the pixels, so I had to quickly do a replacement pixel here and there so in the enlarged version I have, you can actually see the differences.

For any proof, pay attention to my diamond, and my diamond pickaxe, it's a lot different than the original ones, cause like I said, I redrew them pixel for pixel using direct reference from in the game itself...and that game has everything bigger so I naturally thought there must be no normal small sprites, so I thought I'd make smaller pixel versions.

Nope, I redrew them from the sprites itself, well, except I didn't know those sprites existed cause the ingame fullscreen one was larger so I thought I would make smaller pixel versions, didn't know there were already smaller ones though.

I don't think you can say this is partially by you. I know you worked really hard on this, but you only copied pixel for pixel what Mojang Designed.

I've only small-ized theirs though, theirs are normally larger than this, so I won't really say I can't give any credits t myself since I did put this together, however! As already said in above, I will say that the items belong to Mojang, but it's sill my pixel art done in their style, and isn't all pixel done in a similar style unless you are doing your own character in pixel art? Would this not be the same for pokemon sprites/pixels so you'd go around saying they don't own pokemon and cannot say it doesn't belong to them? Causei see some people still used already made sprites/pixels as practice, but most of the other pixels...like this for instance, were originally much larger, so it would exactly be counted as pixel art as it's much smaller to even be called pixel.

This one, is pixel art done of Minecraft items.

This isn't smaller. It's the same size. You might've been using a resized item sprite sheet. (Or, if you just took screenshots of the game, and used that as a base, that's different)

Well, do you play full screen or normal screen? Cause the normal screen is still pretty big as far as I can tell.

Hmmm yeah, but it's still pixel practice and much smaller than what they draw, I think theirs is on a larger scale.

I guess so. I don't really know what you mean by "larger scale" though.

Take a look at this [link]
This is the image file, that Minecraft reads, and puts into the game. This, and your pixel art, are the same pixel size. The items ingame, are different because of your screen resolution. (Its kinda hard to explain exactly why the items ingame look different from the image file's...)

Its not mine. Its the image file that Minecraft uses...
Please get someone else to explain this to you, my brain isn't good at explaining things.
